WHO WE ARE

Islamic Cultural Centre of Sydney is a non-profit organisation that was established in 1999, by local Muslims for the purpose of providing religious and cultural activities.

The Centre aims is to educate and prepare the younger generation through knowledge, wisdom, good morals and manners using successful methods existing in the Qur’an & Sunnah. By educating our youth, we will be moulding the future generations in Sydney who by the permission of Allah SWT, will become model citizens and beacons of light on the broader society.

The ICCS is working towards uniting our fellow Australian Muslims and educating them to form a strong religious and cultural foundation. We encourage each individual to have an awareness of their religious and cultural rights and use this as their lifestyle practises. By reinforcing our vision in our community, and working unitedly, we can develop more centres, that are more accessible to a wider community.

Today, the ICCS is a nonprofit organisation that assists Australian youth. Having helped over 10,000 teenagers learn valuable skills and become more spiritually aware, we have improved their ability to live fulfilling lives.

Sydney Qurban was established in 2024 by the Islamic Cultural Centre of Sydney to make its ongoing Qurban, sadaqah, zakah and aid activities, which have been carried out since its inception, accessible online. This initiative aims to enable benefactors and donors to provide support more easily while ensuring that assistance reaches those in need effectively.

Sydney Qurban, in collaboration with Infaq Limited, is committed to delivering its services effectively. We work directly with local partners, Madrasahs, and orphanages in each region to ensure that our projects are not only sustainable but also culturally relevant and community-driven. By empowering local communities to lead initiatives, we maximise the impact of your donations, ensuring they reach those who need them most, Qur’an students, orphans, and their families.
